Our spacious 2- and 3-bedroom townhomes offer ample room for your pets to roam indoors, while the large outdoor spaces provide the perfect environment for playtime and relaxation. Whether you have a small dog, a large breed, or a playful cat, there’s plenty of space for everyone.

Pet Amenities 

We've taken extra care to provide amenities just for pets:

  1. Bark park/Dog run: A secure, fenced in area where your dog can run off-leash, burn energy, and make new friends.
  2. Pet Spa: Keep your pets looking their best with our on-site pet spa, making self-grooming convenient and hassle free.
  3. Spacious outdoor areas: Including two dedicated dog parks, where your furry friends can play, run, and socialize.
  4. Hardwood & Ceramic Tile Flooring: easy to clean flooring options for when your pet brings the outdoors in!

Pet Policy

Home just wouldn’t be the same without your pets, and we invite you to bring them with you to Cadia Myrtle Landing. Cats and dogs are welcome! We allow up to 3 pets per home.

No Animals Without Authorization:
  • No animals (mammals, reptiles, birds, fish, rodents, insects) are allowed without written approval.
  • Unauthorized animals must be removed within 24 hours of notice.
Approval Requirements:
  • A separate animal addendum is required for approved pets.
  • Additional one time fee and other charges may apply for pets (considered part of the general security deposit).
Assistance Animals:
  • Assistance animals are allowed for individuals with disabilities, as authorized by law.
  • Verification of need may be required if the disability is not obvious.
  • No fees or additional charges apply for assistance animals (e.g., service or emotional support animals).
Animal Behavior & Removal:
  • Feeding stray or wild animals is prohibited.
  • Pets causing a nuisance or disturbance must be removed within 72 hours of notice.
Violation Consequences:
  • Violations may result in charges, damages, eviction, and other lease remedies.
  • If animals are present, you’ll be charged for defleaing, deodorizing, and cleaning.
  • Daily charges may apply for unauthorized animals or failure to comply.
