There is an application fee and administrative fee. Contact the leasing office for more information about current fees.
Our rental criteria includes income verification, credit, criminal background, and rental history screening. For complete qualification requirements and policies, please review our Rental Criteria.
Application fees are non-refundable. Administrative fees are refunded only if the application is declined or canceled within 72 hours of submitting the application.
To complete your application, you will need a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of income. Please refer to our Rental Criteria for accepted forms of income verification and additional qualification details.
We offer lease terms ranging from 12 to 15 months.
To reserve your new home at Cadia Myrtle Landing, you must complete the rental application and pay the application and administrative fee.
Pricing & Fees
Residents are responsible for water/sewer, electricity, trash services, and internet. Water, sewer, and trash services are paid in addition to the monthly rent; electricity and internet are paid directly to the service provider.
Additional monthly costs may include renter’s insurance and pet rent. Contact the leasing office for more information about applicable fees.
Yes, renter’s insurance is required for all residents. Our leasing team can provide additional information about coverage requirements and available options.
A security deposit is required for approved applicants. Additional deposits or conditions may apply based on the screening process. Contact the leasing office for more information.

Yes! Cadia Myrtle Landing is a pet-friendly community in Wilmington, NC.
Cadia Myrtle Landing allows dogs and cats regardless of breed or weight.
Residents are permitted up to three (3) pets per household.

Each resident has two assigned parking spaces, typically located directly in front of their home’s main entryway. Guest parking is also available in designated first-come, first-served spaces located between resident parking areas.
